Swinging in the snow…

So Krissy and I are hanging around with the kids Friday night. After dinner at a local eatery we had a few more hours to kill and when we asked Gwen what she wanted to do – she says MOON PARK!

Let’s see…there is snow on the ground and it’s about 28 degrees out. So?

Away we went. Ahhhh..to be young.

The REAL Trooper was Krissy who – in her most favorite and quite expensive dress boots- plodded through the deep snow! I could not believe it. And she did not fall on her rear once! It was quite a scene, man!

Lunch – work – more lunch

Sometimes I find it just …well, required to take Krissy, my laptop and my ideas to lunch!

And I’ve never regretted it. Ever.

We don’t do it enough but I can safely say that so many wonderful ideas for BSG and for our family in general have come from Krissy and I bouncing one idea after another off each other.

And for some reason, getting out of the house and away from the office just – works!

Or – maybe it’s just the food. Or – maybe it’s just the coffee.

Nah – it’s the dessert!

Regardless, why is it human nature that when something ‘works’…we tend not do to it again! Go figure!

What a snowy start

1053617749_51c635b8d6_o

Well – it’s March 3rd and without question I can say this has been one of the most challenging starts to any year in recent memory. Personally, business and simply – just getting around!

Snow – snow and MORE snow!

It’s March 3rd and while we have been dumped on by massive snowfalls I feel there is more coming before I hear the crack of the baseball bat.

Krissy and my time with the kids have been really wonderful recently but we never got that fun in the snow because of the rather brutal cold that has come along with this mess. No real ’snowman’ opportunities have come our way. Yet. I’m sure more of the white stuff is coming!

Rare Washburn Custom SCOTT IAN SI76 Guitar

bsgblue

BSG had the opportunity to work with Anthrax guitarist, Scott Ian during his Washburn stint from 2004 to roughly 2009. We never got as many Ian signatures as we commissioned or wanted but we did get some great ones.

We currently have a few of the Silver (Titanium) USA Custom Shop SI76 Ian guitars in stock. Brand New – Full Washburn Warranty. Factory Case.

They are mahogany bodies, oiled ‘Soft V’ mahogany neck, Seymour Duncan ‘El Diablo’ bridge humbucker, ‘59 neck humbucker, ebony fingerboards with ‘Anthragram’ fingerboard inlay.

Very rare and an excellent playing and sounding guitar. The El Diablos is hot and when matched with the ebony board and mahogany…MASSIVE CRUNCH!

The price on these remaining silver Ians is $1975 USD – delivered ANYWHERE in the world via FedEX. Yup – that’s ANYWHERE in the world.
